- Convening with the marketing team regularly to discuss insights/learning requirement to initiate and/or aid marketing interventions and translate business requirements into research problems - Insights Support i.e Facilitating effective & timely execution of relevant research, gathering consumer learnings and supporting the marketing team with translating the learnings into action - Providing Independent solution to research issues; Ensuring best use of resources wrt budget & time; regular discussion & follow-up/update with marketing team during research execution; clear communication of learnings w.r.t. business requirements - Execution of marketing intervention which will be measured by success of research learnings led marketing activities - Marketing team's Understanding of Research - Ensure learning & development of the understanding of research in the marketing team. - Conduct on-the-job training and hold training session(s) to educate marketing team on the nuances of research in terms of the broad types of studies and frequently used research terminologies
