I have urgent opening in a leading Consumer Durable company for the following position :-

Category Trade Shopper Marketing Manager

Experience Required : 6-10 years

Only Female candidate required

Location – Gurgaon

Basic Requirement : Premier B School graduate with Sales and Marketing exposure in similar FMCG/FMCD. Exposure to trade marketing in requisite

Reporting to - General Manager, Trade Marketing for Consumer Lifestyle

Individual Contribution role.

Key Deliverables from the role holder would be:

- Identify and develop shopper insights in priority channels/customers in the assigned categories.

- Identify Category / Channel Point of purchase drivers, barriers, purchase decision tree, purchase process, influencers etc.

- Translate these retailer insights and shopper insights into channel based action plans.

- Be the single point for sales & regional trade marketing teams for Category Trade Schemes, Market Prices, incentives etc by managing it along with CMM

- Own category sales with Marketing.

- Trade Shopper Marketing Strategy by Channel

- Annual TSM Strategy for the category to deliver business plan

- Quarterly Activation strategy basis marketing plans and sales inputs

- Event Based operational Plans

Additional Deliverables :

- Priority Channel Identification and Plan.

- Product Strategy: Assortment Recommendation basis channel & shopper behavior.

- Also Include Launch Planning in depth.

- Promotions: Generation of promotion ideas basis shopper understanding along with CMM

- Develop trade schemes in line with market needs & Marketing budgets

- Placement & Presentation Strategy : Primary / Sec / Long term / Short term across Channels

- In Store Communication: Decide / design / Develop / manufacturing & logistics of all POSM

- In Store Merchandising: Prepare an In Store merchandising strategy and drive implementation

- Prepare a Merchandising Training Manual for the category / channel

- Developing Training Modules & Cascading training (Train the trainer) along with marketing

- Design in store activation plans based on channel shopper understanding for best results

- Activation Resources planning , development, training, execution & monitoring

- ISP Performance improvement and ISP ROI: Presence, Audit, Training, Cost

- Testing of ideas and then implementing of the same and measuring results

- Competition tracking & its impact

- Modern Trade Category Management:

- Represent CLS to Modern Trade customers along with the KAMs at a central level for planning / negotiating and implementing retailer level activations.

Budgets & ROI

- Manage Trade marketing budget for the assigned categories.

- ISP Program Budget (Relevant BU Funds Source and Deployment)

- Asset investments & their ROI

- Trade Marketing Activations & ROI
