Category Sales Head - FMCG

- Building a strong category in the FMCG space

- Exposure to FMCG Company with strong foods back ground

- Build excellence in operations through business analytics & work with the general trade teams to drive Modern Trade growth in a category that is 1400 crores and growing signed terms of trade

- Responsible for developing and nurturing relationship with modern trade and distributors for the particular category

- Responsible for managing the P&L for the online channel, delivering on short term and long term plans, including delivery against budget.

- Building and execution of the Channel Strategy

- Tying up with all major e-commerce market places for placement of our products

- Signing the TOT with the vendors

- Maximising online sales performance of our online presence through effective day to day adaptations of the site, increasing conversion, AOV, promotional activity and minimising customer bounce rates
