Category Planning Head (Apparel)

Location: Delhi

Experience: 6 - 10 years

CTC: Upto 18 LPA

MUST-HAVES:

1. Understanding of the Apparel Industry

- 4-5 Years of experience in Apparel category management.

2. Experience in Category planning; assessing the current fashion trends, gaps in the platform, and areas to source

- In-Depth knowledge of Apparel production and Category Analytics

3. Good excel and analytical skills.

Ideal Profile:

- 4-5 Years of experience in Apparel category management. In-Depth knowledge of Apparel production and Category Analytics proficient in analytics to identify growth areas and execute

Role and Responsibilities

1. Will be responsible for oversight of all products in the category which includes overseeing costs, pricing, tracking demand trends, competitive analysis and sourcing of products with the Sourcing Manager.

2. Analysing data or insights to determine industry and trends to grow the category

3. Creating and developing a strategic long-term plan for the development of the category

4. Developing an exit strategy for unsuccessful sampling in the category

5. Collaborating with Sourcing and Demand teams to expand categories

6. Creating forecasts for product demand to ensure the sustainability of production to factories

7. End-to-end management of product i.e. from Factory to Buyer.
