Role: looking at hiring for a category owner role for eat.fit with ownership of our Indian range of categories - Fit Thali, our boxed meals and Weight-wise.
Responsibilities:
1. End to end responsibility of the customer experience and growth of the categories he/she have been assigned to - Online, Zomato, Caf-, QSRs, Offline and other channels
2. Drive market leadership in the category and position the brand to be a top 3 player in the market in the next 12 months
3. Understand the selection requirement, price expectation and create the relevant portfolio of products in the category
4. Designing and executing brand, packaging and visual merchandising for the category (imagery, naming, banners, and other creatives, etc)
5. Ensuring input metrics for the category such as maintaining in stock, reducing OOS, driving higher fill rates with the brands
6. Develop a data-backed understanding of customer buying behavior (across channels) - adoption, repeats, category adjacencies, and other relevant buying behaviors
7. Lead revenue planning with a monthly, quarterly view working with various channel owners as lead all business reporting
8. Deeper collaboration with procurement, kitchen teams for uninterrupted supply
