Category Manager - Luxury/Fashion eCommerce 5-8 Years

Pinnacle Solutions is looking fwd to hire for one of its key eCommerce clients based out of Gurgaon for the mandate : Head of Category - Luxury, Fine Fashion and Accessories

Designation - Category Head

Company : A leading E-commerce MNC

Location : Gurgaon

Experience - 5-10Years

Qualification- MBA from premier institutes or Masters from NIFT/ NID

Job Description:

- End to end responsible for the product lines of Luxury, Fashion and Accessories

- Responsible for planning, buying, expanding selection, marketing and customer experience

- Responsible for driving the top and bottom line and managing all aspects of the category P&L

- Analyze and determine current trends, strategic pricing and best practices within the category.

- Manage and be accountable for the performance of the category, including SKU rationalization, vendor relationships, contract negotiation and implementation.

- Build customer loyalty to grow sales and margin through innovative merchandising, pricing and promotional activities as well as forecast inventory requirements for our regional warehouse

- Ensure that optimal levels of inventory are maintained to fulfill demand in the region

- Responsible for building a euphoric discovery and purchase experience for customers

Experience Required:

- At least 5-10 years of experience working in category management and merchandising.

- Strong analytical, communication, negotiation and decision making skills

- Flair for spotting sartorial trends coupled with a strategic sourcing skill set

- Experience working with external vendors in areas such as strategic planning and contract negotiations

- Experience working with technical teams to build innovative, new technology
