Job Description: Key Deliverables - Develop weekly, monthly and quarterly marketing calendar and develop traffic plans for Electronics Business, to drive sales achievement and new customer acquisition. - Build targeted marketing plans for focus brands and categories to deliver manifold growth. - Responsible for presentation (look and feel) of the Electronics Business on-site and in marketing communications of Tata CLiQ. - Improve performance of Digital Marketing and Customer Retention teams through targeted interventions that ensure Categories, Brands and the overall business get the required high-quality traffic, Daily Active Users etc. - Work with cross functional teams including technology teams, to define, drive, and launch improvements to the shopping experience. - Optimise Conversion Efficiency of marketing campaigns and on-site customer journeys. Understand and use merchandising and customer-facing metrics to guide decision making. - Managing daily interactions with Marketing Managers of various brand partners, to ensure visibility and sales to key brands. - Program Manage various Customer Experience, Customer Acquisition and Retention initiatives. - Budget Management: Ensuring ROI on marketing management Key Requirements: - 2+ years of E-Com Experience in Category Marketing/ Growth Marketing/ Digital Marketing is essential (age below 32). - Strong ability to drive data-driven decisions. Strong Excel and SQL skills. - Good interpersonal and communication skills - MBA/ Marketing Degree preferred from Tier 1 /2 B schools.
