Category Marketing Manager - Apparel/Consumer Durables - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

Job Description :

You will be reporting to the Marketing Director and leading the branding and overall marketing campaigns for one or more of the core categories for an MNC in apparel / footwear / accessories.

Client Details :

The client is a European MNC with its presence across the world in retail - apparel, accessories, footwear. It has a very wide network in India, and their presence is across own brand stores, LFRs including individual store chains for each of the well known brands under the mother brand. They are currently looking for Category Managers for each of their core categories, or a Senior Category Manager, for one or more major categories.

Description :

Reporting to the Marketing Director, the job involves :

- Taking care of 360 degree campaigns for the brand and categories

- Churning out multiple campaigns (tactical / category specific / store level) in a year

- Being able to liaise with multiple stakeholders across agencies, and internally

- Building the brand's share and profitability pan India

Profile :

The ideal candidate would have :

- 8 - 15 years of experience across consumer durables / electronics / retail / FMCG brands on the CAMPAIGNS side - you should have worked actively on 360 degree campaigns, several a year

- An MBA degree from a reputed institution

- Experience of working with core consumer brands who have run well-known TVCs in the last couple of years

- Experience of working with brand and creative agencies
