Job Description :- - Own top line as well as bottom line for the category, drive revenue and margins - Own assortment, merchandising, cataloguing, inventory TAT, cash cycle - Build local and national tie ups with manufacturers, suppliers and brands - Setup inbound supply chain for the category in multiple cities, set operational guidelines for handling category assortment - Collaborate with various stake holders in designing, marketing and execution of various programs to increase consumer wallet share, penetration and retention - Collaborate in and lead product development initiatives to build for scale Skills required : - Past experience in Home and Lifestyle sourcing/ category management 2-6 years. Understanding of seasonality and trends. - Experience in enabling marketplaces is preferred - Preferred experience of working in high growth startups. Need to be very hands-on. Ability to execute and deliver - Strong in analytics, data driven experimentation and problem solving - Understanding consumer behaviour and their needs
