This role will be responsible for product ownership and leading the end-to-end product roadmap. The person would be the business owner for his/ her categories.
- Responsible for top-line revenue goals within the established investment budget to achieve P&L goals, GMV, EBITDA
- End-to-end Product Ownership, Keep evolving and improving the product across multiple development phases
- Responsible for new product launches, strategize, research the market
- Expand to new cities and states
- Define, track, measure, analyze metrics and performance
- Plan Go-To-Market strategy and drive implementation
- Find innovative solutions to the challenges and convert them into opportunities
- Drive Marketing objectives (platform visibility, packaging, displays, consumer promotions and offers)
Skill / Qualification:
- 3 -4years of experience of Category management / Growth management with a e-commerce / startup / FMCG
- MBA from a good institute
- Analytical skills
- High energy and a self-starter attitude is needed, as the job would involve fieldwork and conducting market visits every month
- Excellent communication with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
