Category Manager - Pharma eTail (3-6 yrs)
We are hiring Category Manager for one of our clients. Pls find below role details :
Experience: 3 to 5 years experience in client facing e-commerce start-ups/listing platforms/call center management. They need to be very good in communication. Digitally savvy and should know various digital metrics
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Driving monetisation of tech products and services
- Leading the journey from getting the lead to closure of project
- Designing product/service with Tech team.
- Extensively working with internal and external teams to onboard newer clients
- Driving various initiatives to motivate on ground team, performance management to ensure KPI achievement
- Setting up processes and SOPs
- Issue resolution as well road map for future launches/features of the product
- External orientation and business intelligence for benchmarking
- Acting as a KAM for the project leading design to execution
- Coordinating with Unit teams and leaders (City Heads, Zonal Heads) to ensure on ground execution of projects
