- Develop & implement marketing plans which addresses brand requirements - short term & long term in line with the agreed business deliverables.
- Analysing market, competition and industry to identify opportunities, threats and other actionable leads thru market research or market intelligence.
- Management of direct marketing costs within agreed measures in order to maximise returns on investments.
- Lead the overall consumer process and generate consumer insights, to enable NPD and Portfolio expansion and deliver effectively on both innovation and activation requirements on the portfolio.
- Responsible for creating insightful communication (ATL and BTL) and manage overall communication process with all stakeholders - internal and external including creative, media, design agencies, sales team, staff functions, etc - on the entire brand portfolio.
- Manage the media mix efficiently across the category portfolio.
- Use conventional and innovative consumer understanding/insights tools and technique with a sharp focus on generating actionable brand/business tasks expeditiously.
- Manage the NPD funnel and lunches with impactful go-to-market strategy.
- Manage the category portfolio through product, price, packaging, promotion and product placement strategies.
- Stakeholder Management - internal and external - to consistently deliver on the agreed objectives in the assigned timelines.
- Developing innovative communication and promotional programs for augmenting FF detailing and Retailers product knowledge.
