Job Description :

Primary Duties:-

- Develops a strategy for the category in alignment with the corporate and overall marketing plans.

- Plans ATL and BTL so as to deliver the required value proposition.

- Develop annual plans and budget for the brand.

- Responsible for handling the P& L of the category

- The successful candidate will be the business owner, with responsibility for signing the right mix of selection in partnership with sellers, adding unique local selection, driving traffic conversion and margin improvements while delivering top-notch customer experience.

- He/ she must be an effective leader and communicator working with our most important partners, as well as with internal colleagues and groups.

- He or she will have the strong business judgment with a track record of strong ownership values and relationship management skills. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on a start-up business team.

Must have skills:-

- Looking candidates only from FMCG Personal Care category

- Should have minimum 4-5 years of experience in Marketing handling ATL, BTL, New Product Launches, Brand Management, P&L

- Excellent communication skills and convincing power for the function of the Sales & Marketing

Qualification:- premium instituted will be an advantage (Must be an MBA in Marketing From A Reputed Institution

Working Days: 5 Days a Week
