Category Manager - Online Pharma/eCommerce (5-15 yrs)
Looking for someone with 5-10 years experience in various E-Commerce platforms with a great understanding of infrastructure systems, category/catalog management, data analysis, client relationship, and strategic conceptualization.
- Taking end-to-end responsibility of the pharma categories
- Conducting meetings and assigning tasks for the team
- Sourcing and procurement, cataloging and PO generation (based on demand generation)
- Taking care of brands- representation on the platform
- Evaluating the type/number of impressions based on google Analytics- results
- Analyzing the effectiveness of promotions by coordinating with development and marketing teams
- Creating SOPs and enforcement of the same
- Building Substitution logic
- Assisting in Quantity Capping of products to prevent potential misuse of platform.
- Conducting market study to analyze competitors- trends and evaluate against them
- Maintaining awareness and strategically planning on deliverables with reference to periodical activities
- Using analytical business models & design thinking for creation of a Tool for product creation/updation right from product envisioning, prototype testing to leveraging the tool into organizational processes.
- Creating Validation Matrix to maintain data sanity
- Running Validation Engine on timely basis for maintaining overall Catalogue health.
- Help improve search website using various strategies along with technical Search team.
- Analyzing data and measuring performance of Category and Brand
