Category Manager - NPD
- Develops the strategy, directs the development and implementation of company's product portfolio.
- Maximize incremental revenue through consumer purchase frequency and share of requirements.
- Develop product line with differentiation on product with higher ASP, Margin and Premiumization
- Creates, develops and delivers strategic innovation projects that will produce a competitive advantage in the marketplace.
- Deliver the new product revenue goals set by the organization
- Strong leader with excellent management skills who is able to motivate and innovate on a daily basis.
- Directs pricing strategy to achieve greatest impact while playing a key role into promotion strategy and effectiveness.
- Responsible for developing and executing the strategic plans for the overall new product portfolio and commercializing.
