Background about the Role :
- The role involves complete understanding of the Indian Motor Insurance space, with good exposure to products and processes.
- As a Category Head the candidate will have a P&L responsibility to manage the Motor Insurance business for the client.
- Closely interacting with all the insurance companies and then managing the top line for the product through company's sales channels.
Following are some of the key pointers around which the responsibilities are going to revolve :
1. Forge strategic partnerships with leading General Insurance companies
2. Drive innovation through differentiated product constructs
3. Manage all regulatory & compliance interaction with IRDA / Insurance cos & internal teams
4. Responsible for the overall growth of the category & customer engagement.
- Role reports into the Head of Motor Insurance Business and is based out of their office in Mumbai.
Candidate in alliances/product/strategy role in general insurance companies.
