Category Manager - Merchandise - Accessories/Spare Parts

- Responsible for Online sales (Orders & Value) of Mahindra Merchandise

- Work with Mahindra Retail and Other Merchandise sellers to onboard products on the website

- Responsible for Catalouge Accuracy (Image, Name, Description, Features - Content) of the products listed on the website

- Work with Sellers to get schemes and offers, onboard non-moving products and negotiate product margins

- Work with Digital marketing team and define promotions on the internet and CRM campaigns with Mahindra Group employees

- Drive Employee penetration and product penetration for Mahindra merchandise

- Work with Mahindra group companies, Mahindra dealers and service centers and onboard them as customers for Mahindra Merchandise

- Analyse marketing trends & gather competition intelligence

- Work with Operations team to re-engineer supply chain operation on need basis and improve customer experience

- Work with Finance & Account team on Payment collection and receivables and do monthly reconciliations

- Work with product & engineering teams to improve customer browsing experience and checkout flows on the website

- Work with Operations team in defining packing solution, STOCK reconciliation and inventory controls

- Increase m2all brand awareness across Mahindra group companies

- Generate business reports and MIS on weekly basis on Merchandise Sales
