- Drive the P&L of Retail orHospitality category in a specific geographical region
- Build a strong team to manage Sales, Operations, Marketing and Account Management
- Translate business goals and market insights into effective strategies that deliver measurable impact on revenue
- Set up systems and processes to achieve the forecasted targets
- Lead a team of Category Managers, Operations Managers and Key Account Managers
- Work with Product Managers on BRDs and PRDs, and contribute to product development
