We are hiring for Category Manager for Kitchen Category. Candidates only with Experience in Kitchen category / Appliance Brand apply. Key Responsibilities: - You will be the mini-CEO of your category (comprising two brands) where you will own the overall P&L growth for those brands (Monthly & weekly category revenue plan and its delivery, owning Margin Strategy and its delivery) - You will own category funnel & conversion and work across cross-functional teams (digital product (D2C), ecommerce account) on solutioning to improve the stock availability, top of the funnel, and user conversion - You will design the Go-to-market and scale up for new brands/new SKUs - You will own & execute demand generation activities to meet category objectives - Levers for demand generation (Selection, pricing, promotions, visibility, availability and consumer communication, category events) - Own and execute monthly/weekly category merchandising, visibility & consumer communication plan to drive new to platform acquisition, new to category acquisition and repeat to category - You will work closely with the Supply Chain and Ops team to follow up and coordinate on supply chain deliverables of key marketing activities, procurement targets, monitoring sourcing price, packaging development and its pricing
