Responsibilities: - P&L Ownership with focus on Category Sell through & Top and bottom line target achievement - Take ownership of the MoM revenue target achievements - Sales ops and marketing: - To drive optimum visibility in order to achieve sales targets for the brands - Efficient discount strategy planning in order to ensure no/less provisioning - Identify the factors influencing the profitability of each brand like - AMM, Q2Q3, Broken sizes, catalogue images and take appropriate actions to improve GP - Judiciously plan seasonal category mix for each brand & manage inventory with target DOH - Analyse the seasonal performance - Factor in the qualitative & quantitative learning's from last season & key trends - Operations Excellence. - Seamless execution from shipment pickup to go live - Catalogue shoots - Customer Complaints - MP Business process alignment - Catalogue alignment & inventory management - Successful launches - Brand launches to be planned in advance to ensure seamless execution & launch of the brand - Relationship management with internal & external stakeholders Requirements: - Understanding of Buying, Planning and Inventory Management - Strong MS Excel & powerpoint skills - Strong Business acumen skills - A broader understanding of E-commerce - Good Interpersonal & negotiation skills - Understanding of Data Analytics - Experience in Buying/Merchandising roles (preferably women's wear)
