We are looking for a true techno-commercial individual who is excited to take up new challenges. The incumbent will be expected to scale up company's vendor management & operations and ensure optimization of inventory, pricing and logistics for Indian operations Job Responsibilities (each responsibility will have quantifiable KPIs)

1. Vendor On-boarding: Adding on new vendors and categories proactively by constantly improving Quality, Cost and Delivery terms with vendors across India

2. Driving standardization: Ensuring standardization of products, process and prices across India

3. Analytical approach to Inventory management: Data driven approach to arrive at decision to own inventory vs VMI

4. Financial Compliance: Ensuring 100% compliance with taxation, state tax forms, account receivables and payables, and periodic reconciliation with vendors

5. Technology adoption: Bringing the vendors on Moglix tech platforms and driving their orders, inventory, account statement through the same

6. Measuring, reviewing and improving Key KPIs: Important KPIs around Quality, rejections, cost improvements, cost standardization, delivery SLAs, Account payables etc to be closely reviewed and improved on monthly basis Desired

Candidate Background/Traits:

1. Management education (Premier institutes only)

2. Great negotiation skills

3. Vendor Management/ Strategic Procurement/ Category Management background preferred with min 1-3 years of experience

4. Hardworking, Fearless, Innovative and strong desire to excel even in ambiguous situations
