Location : Gurgaon

Education Qualification : B.Tech/M.Tech/Bachelors, MBA from Tier 1 institute preferred

Skills Required : Business P/L,Customer acquisition

Experience : 3 to 5 years

- The incumbent will also manage a team of 4-5 people. He/She will have the opportunity of being a key part of the team that is building a new and innovative business and solving a tough problem.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for business P/L

- Supply side planning - identifying gaps and assisting the field teams in onboarding most relevant sites

- Growth initiatives

- Customer acquisition

- Design and help execute supply side partner engagement programs

- Define and execute the product roadmap for parking

- Responsible for site listings and content (supply)

- Design and own supply side processes such as payouts and partner incentives

- Champion customer satisfaction and run programs to improve NPS

Requirements :

- 3-5 years of relevant experience

- Preference for engineering graduates

- Past experience of working in a start-up
