Category Manager - Health & Beauty Segment - Retail Firm

Position: Category Manager - Health & Beauty (Leading Retail Company)

Role:

- Driving the category trade plan that delivers a great offer for our customers

- The role is to own the trade events plan for the category, ensuring they deliver a great proposition for the customers, suppliers and Company

- Owning the successful delivery and execution of promotions

- Communicating timelines and manage delivery of customer focused trade initiatives

- Project managing the delivery of great seasonal events

- Managing accurate trade and range forecasting

- Working with Customer Proposition to communicate and report on market key trends

- Presenting category plans at product reviews and customer experience reviews for sign off

- Developing and leading a high performing team, giving them the opportunities to be their best

Requirements:

- MBA

- 7-14 yrs of experience in Category Management/ Retail Industry with experience in Health & Beauty/ FMCG or Food Categories

- Candidates with experience in Modern Trade in Health & Beauty/ FMCG or Food Companies can also apply

- Should have good Negotiation Skills, Financial & Numeric Acumen, Forecasting Skills

- Good experience in Range & Supplier Management and Trade Planning

- Good experience and knowledge in Margin Management

- Good communication skills
