Urgently looking for Category Manager with leading FMCG.

Location : Delhi/NCR

- Ideal candidate will be an MBA with 7 to 10 years of experience in hardcore marketing / category manager with respective industries.

Max CTC can go upto 30 Lacs PA

Job Description:

- To drive category growth

- Deliver the PNL for the portfolio and manager spend allocation effectively

- To drive brand growth for x category through new consumer acquisition and gain market share from competitors.

- To drive category business in the short and medium term with a responsibility to achieve budgeted value sales and Net Marketing contribution

- To drive brand strategy and marketing initiatives to achieve targets of consumer awareness, trials & usership in order to build brand equity and brand health.

- To develop & implement brand plans to drive market share

- To launch new brands/ extensions/ offerings that build on the category offerings.
