As a Category manager, you will be owning and leading strategy and execution across different product categories
1. Product side strategy - identifying white spaces and possible areas for category development including long term direction, areas of focus for product, pricing strategy and product GTM
2. P&L - Own the supply side P&L including important cost side levers such as Working capital, discounting and inventory management
3. Research Loop - Create internal product research loop to be able to identify product white-spaces and need states of consumers
4. Data + Analytics (product) - Own and drive entire product side date intelligence including existing performance and forecasting of futures trends and performance of product.
Requirements :
Early stage startup experience
Someone who can thrive in ambiguity, numbers and early stage startup hustle.
Ideal Candidate:
Bachelors/ Masters degree from Tier 1 institute/ IIT/ IIM/ ISB/BITS/ NIT
2+ years experience, ideally in a fast paced startup environment.
Experience in Top Management Consulting firm/ Early Stage Startup/ E-commerce/ fashion
