Category Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Formulation and implementation of new sales initiatives, strategies and programs time to time in order to enhance sales performance
- Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers with a focus on decision makers & influencers. Accountable for high-level client management
- Constantly works on the sales funnel to achieve monthly corporate account closure & revenue targets
- Own the Sales P&L for the corporate segment, constantly working towards maximized profitability for the company in this area
- Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, industry trends, competition with a detailed understanding of benefits of our products
- Report and present performance, progress and updates to the management on timely basis
What you must have:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in corporate sales for an ecommerce industry with leading and executing successful initiatives
- Experience in sales of Mobile, laptops ,Electronics, Audio category products is preferred only
- Demonstrated capabilities of measuring revenue generation, sales expansion, and growth
- Results oriented, independent, self-starter with superior interpersonal communication and presentation skills, excellent sales skills including listening, negotiating, and closing
- Excellent negotiation and client convincing skills
- Outstanding strategic sales account planning skills
- Superior listening and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment
