Category Manager - Consumer Healthcare/OTC/Pharma (8-14 yrs)
- Responsible for developing & executing the overall marketing & brand strategy.
- Development of brand communications aimed at awareness and trial/demand generation on the brand for campaigns across TV, Print and digital Media.
- Developing and optimizing the media plan across TV, Print and Digital media along with the agency.
- Partner in line with the brand objectives.
- Responsible for category activation, sale and gross margins
- Responsible for closure of orders by coordinating with sales team and plants
- Develop insights into category expansion, prioritization, roll out.
- Must be aware about the significance of digital marketing processes with respect to brand building.
- Be digitally savvy in managing/ leading the agency partner and must be able to work together with the digital marketing counterparts internally and with agency to develop an integrated digital marketing approach for brands led.
- Brand Marketing Mix Development and Execution with a blend of products, distribution (place) systems, prices, promotions and people.
