Key Responsibilities:

- Own and Manage and manage the E-Commerce P&L Charter for the organization, and in the process the entire e com value chain from merchandising, cataloguing, technology, performance marketing, account management and customer experience.

- Create a world class consumer e-commerce platform, that brings together the best of technology, product management and online marketing to tell effective and inspiring stories through the best of our products.

- Focus on scaling revenue, improving margin, reducing cost and thus improving EBIT.

- Manage and evaluate the digital landscape of India, consumer trends and competition moves on a quarterly basis and develop a view on its impact to the organization.

- Manage online content creation and cataloging process and nurture the team to provide effective and inspiring content.

- Conceptualizing and executing new customer acquisition and retention strategies and programs. Working closely with the sales and marketing to generate online traffic.

- Lead the Digital transformation journey of the organization.

- Integrate systems, implement tools and setup processes to deliver an integrated, uniform and superlative consumer experience across channels

Experience and Professional Qualifications:

- Min of 7-10 years of experience in Consumer Durables/ E-commerce Industry with at least 4+ years of demonstrated business success in e-commerce.

- Experience in P&L / Revenue management role is preferred.

- A seasoned leader with a proven track record of building businesses and leading high-performance teams

- Efficient in e-commerce best practices with expertise in marketing, operations or merchandising is preferred. Strong analytical, problem solving and modeling skills, with an orientation to details, at both the strategic and operational levels.

- Ability to work with cross functional teams across product, operations, marketing, finance, supply chain etc.
