Category Lead - Supply Ecosystem - Internet/Online

Job Description & Responsibilities:

1. Ensure operating activities are streamlined by working with partners to ensure on-time performance.

2. On-boarding of new vendors on the platform & show them initial success for them to be interested in aligning & working closely with the company.

3. Taking complete ownership of the vendor's experience with the company & handling issues such as compliance, payments & other operational issues of the vendors.

4. The candidate should be someone who takes complete ownership of the delivery of services emanating out of the vendor ecosystem.

Requirements :

1. Have an experience of 2-5 years

2. Candidate have worked with unorganised/SME vendors & have experience in dealing with them.

3. Exceptional business and analytical skills and ability to run entire business cycle independently.

4. Team handling experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

6. Deep thinker - Should be able to identify problems and break it down to come up with a solution
