Category Lead FMCG | Staple - IIT / IIM Growth and P&L Ownership : - Own top line as well as bottom line for the categories, drives revenue and margins - Responsible for daily, monthly, annual category planning for achieving the category numbers - Understand user buying behaviour across cohorts, segments and sub-categories using data and insights from category, product & marketing team to provide best user experience - Set up planning framework and process with internal and cross functional teams to ensure smooth execution of all on-platform events and assets for the category - Carry out top of the funnel planning and improve various conversion funnels for new as well as repeat users. Improve discovery and search experience through data and experimentation in collaboration with product team - Collaborate with product team in designing and executing various products and programs to increase consumer wallet share, penetration and retention - Team Building - Build and groom a strong team of BAs and Executives for hyper scale, with organisational ethos and culture at the fore - Define KPIs, set goals and ensure team efficiency towards achieving desired outputs Skills Required: We are looking for people with high ownership and a strong bent for speed and action with data driven inputs and experimentation. Experienced in mentoring team members in a dynamic and growth led environment to work passionately for the cause. The candidate should have- - Experience of 3-6 years in a fast paced e-com or D2C venture, owning/co-owning revenue numbers - Strong in analytics, data-driven experimentation and problem solving - Deep understanding and knowledge of On-app metrics and levers to move them - Assertive with collaborative attitude & experienced in managing a team of low to mid level people - Experience and knowledge of groceries assortment is an added advantage - Graduate / Post Graduate from IIT/IIM/Tier 1 Colleges Preferred. Required B.Tech/ MBA/ or any quantitative course
