We are Hiring for Category Lead- Deputy Director L10 with Leading Food and Beverages firm -Hyderabad Only Female Candidate

Title - Category Lead-L10

Years of experience - 15-19 years

- 15+ years of overall experience; relevant of experience of at least 10 years

- All sectors lead up to this person

- Driving the Category Management agenda - will be leading a team of leaders who will in turn lead various sectors

- Needs to bring in strong functional knowledge - space optimization, category reporting & analytics, etc. - need to establish best practices

- Ability to manage and handle very senior stake-holders

- Work with functional global teams to ensure gold standard practices which are consistent across the board

- Should help standardize tools and practices, customized to markets

- Should have good Category Management market knowledge

- Post Graduate degree prefered with at least 10+ years of Category Mgt, Retail Ops, Merchandising or other applicable retail experience

- Master's degree is a plus

- 5 years minimum experience within a commercial team/Function with direct reports and preferred 2 years experience with skip level reports

- Experience with analyzing and reporting data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions

- Experience with implementation of retail merchandising basics (i.e., category management), and merchandising organizational structures and processes
