LOCATION : Gurgaon

Prior Experience / Responsibilities :

P&L ownership:

- Setting up the Financial model for a growth P&L to hit Market share targets MOM efficiently as per Budgets (Costs, Revs and Collections) (OWNER)

- Owning New Products: launching new products and offerings as per Budgets (OWNER)

Leadership:

- Influencing Efficiency (Performance and Cost) and Growth levers working with Acads, Marketing (profiles and leads), Sales and Product to enhance CVRs and RRs to reach P&L goals (OWNER)

Operations:

(1) Running operations to take new products live, analyze and iterate

(2) Feedback collection and analysis of paid students through various means

(3) Designing and test programs on a daily basis to improve supply and demand scale and quality

(4) InApp consumer journeys and funnels to increase leads and sachet sales (MORE OF A CHECKER)

Supply side:

- Work closely with Acads on improving quality and volume of Service and products and working closely on academic and product Innovations that impact free and paid student experiences (MORE OF A CHECKER THAN A DOER)

Demand side :

- Understanding and owning Target groups, Positioning, Product constructs and Offerings across segments and build a strong portfolio of offerings (catalog) to convert a certain % of base into Paid (% of our MAU) (OWNER)
