An incredibly rare opportunity for a B2C professional with 14+ years of experience in Sales and Marketing into Home Security Solutions (preferred Industry - Consumer Electronics or FMCG Industry) where you will be responsible for product portfolio management, network expansion and management of the product into the B2C market. You will also be responsible for the growth of Security Solutions product into the B2C market to match up with the competitors.

Location: Mumbai (As of now Remote)

- Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally

- Land and expand: build process and funnel for manual top-down reach out, onboarding, activation, and expansion.

- Implementing sales strategies that further the departments agenda and drives enhanced revenue generation for the business.

- Achievement of the Planned Return on Capital Employed through adherence to Working Capital norms.

- Teams up with the product development departments in creating product intelligence, for example, product/brand adjacencies, affinities, display rules, conducting trend analysis, and ensuring that these are aligned to support and drive sales and conversion.

- Managing an organizations entire product portfolio, which consists of all the products in a vertical of the organization.

- Visibility over projects from start to finish to ensure project goals, timelines and budgets are met.

- Participate in various practices of the organization.


- B. Tech and MBA from the Tier 1 College with minimum 15+ years of experience in Sales and Marketing into the Consumer Electronic or FMCG Industry.

- Should have experience into the Consumer Electronics or FMCG Industry.

- Strong leadership and team building skills

- Prior experience into the home security solutions will be preferred.

- Should be capable enough of Demand Generation in Market.

- Should have the capability of managing various formats of B2C Channel.
