Category Head - Retail/FMCG (13-17 yrs)
- As Category Management Capability Lead, drive influential and productive conversations with global, regional leadership, and Global Customer Sr. executive to proactively plan, build consensus on Category Mgt strategy and manage a large team and capabilities to deliver the output.
- Lead team to deliver Category Mgt solutions to meet business needs of regularly scheduled and adhoc requests for; merchandise sets, new stores, remodels and special projects across All categories (CSD, Chilled, SNACKS, Nutrition) and across all Formats. Act as a leader, the change agent and assist the Category Mgt CoE teams' training and development.
- The HBS lead for Category Mgt will lead this capability for HBS and play an influential role in supporting other GBS hubs in building this capability in house. The role is currently responsible for category reporting/Score carding, but will evolve to E2E Category Mgt solution (Category & Space
- Analytics, Category Reporting & Scorecarding, Category Deep dives & growth stories). These are significant changes in the responsibility leading to end to end Category Mgt solution management for Pepsico from HBS.
