Category Head - Prepaid Healthcare Card

The job will require :

- Set up the healthcare prepaid cards vertical from scratch

- Define the vision, strategy and execution roadmap for the prepaid cards vertical

- Work with cross functional teams - product, operations, technology, marketing - to define the go to market roadmap

- Create and rollout SOPs for effective scale up of the business across India

- Negotiate with third party vendors for products and partnerships

- Iterate the product with the market feedback

- Hire, train and lead a team across multiple cities

- Deliver on the aggressive targets and budgets as agreed with the management

Experience :

- Work experience of 4-10 years in BFSI, Healthcare or E-Commerce is preferred

- Atleast 2 years of category management experience

- MBA from a top tier institute

- Great communication, team and execution skills
