Category Head - Non Food (9-15 yrs)
P&L Management:
- Drive sales and margin for the Category (Top Line and bottom Line)
- Responsible for Pricing, Promotion for the category
Insights:
- Responsible for Demand Generation for the category on the App
- Plan Short and Long-term road map for the category in consultation with key Stakeholders
- Data analysis and mining- conducting market research and working closely with consumer insights
Data Science team to analyze available customer data on the platform to identify and drive key opportunities
Category Marketing:
- Lead the sales strategy for the category on the platform
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure visibility for the category/brands
- Work with consumer product team to drive category penetration through consumer profiling and targeting
Must have handled - Home care/ Home Furnishing/ Kitchen appliances/ Cookware/ Tableware.
