Category Head - Middle East We are looking for a Category Head to manage our expansion into a new geography - Middle East. The goal is to increase sales and profitability of business to drive sustainable growth. - Research and analyze data and market insights to tap into the new market. - Search for insights into local consumer needs and wants - Plan and implement long-term development strategies for product categories - Strategize positioning of a product category in order to maximize its visibility by being able to identify local mannerisms and modifying pitches. - Collaborate with the marketing team to increase lead flow via organic and inorganic methods. - P&L owner of the new geography. What we need from you: - Previous working experience as category manager for 5 years minimum. - Experience living in the Middle East or experience with setting up a biz from scratch. - 0-1 mindset, with the ability to run and execute experiments and ideas. - Ed-tech experience is preferred, though not mandatory.
