- To drive growth, market share and profitability of the Product Category by leading product development, complete BTL Marketing, Brand Activation, and Product-Brand Strategy.
- To continuously find ways to differentiate the products in a competitive market
- Build differentiated products and product categories
Support Head Marketing to develop product category specific business strategy and its execution to ensure that the product category team delivers the budgeted growth numbers and revenue for the organization.
- Partner with the Head Marketing for analysing multiple sources of data on consumer experiences, buying trends. Based on this information, draw out a holistic business strategy for the product category.
- Build strategy for product creation and product pipeline. Achieve the targeted overall category numbers.
- Drive the numbers for select set of products / new products / focus products by adequate support to the sales team.
- Track, measure and attain set goals on market share for both volume and revenue.
- Conduct competitors' analysis to aid achievement of all the target numbers.
- Continuously enhance the product by tracking and analysing feedback from the market.
