Our client, US MNC FMCG Company is looking for the following: Job Title: Category Head - Marketing Reporting to: Director Marketing Reportees: 3-4 Brand Managers CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : - Responsible for driving an accelerated growth in India - Design and drive market strategies to match the accelerated growth demands - Drive focused initiatives for the category in the next two years to deliver on sales and profit targets. - Collaborate with the global &amp; regional teams to design marketing strategies for India - Planned expansion of the category brand portfolio through line extensions, thrust on a complete line of products going beyond base brand, and hence need manage the new launches successfully - Need to collaborate for more focused demand generation with an increased understanding of the higher business complexity driving sales across a wider product line - Drive consumerisation to the next level with a focus on differentiated communication through media advertising etc. Designing new price points, communication messages to drive and increase market presence - Strengthen digital, CRM and e-commerce roadmap to drive stronger than market growth in new channels for consumer acquisition and retention. Marketing ROI focus to drive efficiencies in marketing spends Requirements: - MBA from Premier B-School - Should have proven track record of leadership - Must be having excellent team management, interpersonal skills &amp; Analytical capability - Minimum Experience of 12-14 years in consumer marketing and out of which 4-5 years in Strategic role. - Worked with reputed FMCG organizations. Medical Marketing experience will be an added advantage - Proven track record for conceptualization and designing of strategy. - Experience in sales function - Managerial skills: Analytical skills, Strategic thinking, Communication (oral, written, presentation) - Behavioral skills: Interpersonal skills, Influencing and negotiation skills, Creative and Innovative problem-solving abilities
