- Responsible for Sales & Target Distribution for volume & value sale & best in class execution & Implementation in trade Market(after market) & Centre Profit Head along with sellout management.

- Complete P& L responsibilities with revenues & profitability of the product portfolio. Defining - Go To Market- & Networking Strategy including funnel/pipeline & distributor/channel management.

- Developing a thorough understanding of the market segment, seasonality and trends & driving channel strategy & segmentation through market research, market trends and relationships with internal & external stake holders.Managing complete product lifecycle, within the category,

- Cost Management, Pricing, Financial Operations & Strategy, Market Mapping, monitoring competitor activities, SWOT analysis & product bench marking as per the competition offering & market trends.

- Identifying new growth markets, launch products as per the Marketing strategy & media planning.Brand Management- Positioning & communications related decisions, ATL/BTL activities. Arranging POS Signages, & other Branding materials, collaborating with and influencing a number of internal and external stakeholders such as supply chain, sourcing, legal,finance & controlling, product compliance & sales channel.

- Driving influencer managing programs like Architects/Developers/Designers meet, Trade shows, etc & working with external/internal research agencies to develop market insights & analyze market trends.

- Generating MIS Reports highlighting various details pertaining to commercial.Performing a variety of people management functions including training, workshops & development planning.

- Maintaining excellent relations with different vendors for cost optimization & purchase order generation.Managing companies Return on Investment (ROI) by rationalizing Investments, budgetary control and driving efficiency of costs.

Candidate Requirement :

- MBA FROM - IIM / XLRI/ FMS/ SIBM/ BAJAJ/ IIT/ XIMB/ SIMS PREFERRED.

- Currently should be in a Sr.Managers role

From - Any Building Material Industry.
