We are an early stage VC funded fintech start -up looking for Category Head - Insurance (7-10 Year) - Responsible for growing the brand's presence in the specified category - Responsible for strategic partnerships with key partners and work closely with them to ensure volume growth - Should be able to independently manage the sales life cycle, right from lead generation to Go -live to volume growth - Innovative channel partnerships that result in exponential growth in business volume and act as a competitive moat for the company Requirement : - 5-10 Years of Sales and Business development experience - Past experience in Insurance sales would be mandatory - PG from a Top tier institute would be preferred - Historical evidence of exceeding targets would be preferred About the company : - We are an early stage consumer fintech start up, that aims to provide affordability to Indians, in the most convenient way ! - The founding team has extensive experience in launching and scaling up fintech products &amp; New business verticals - The founders (3) have rich leadership experience across Consulting, fintech and payment companies such as Visa, Pine Labs &amp; PayU - Offices are in Mumbai and Bangalore
