Tech and MBA from the Tier 1 College with minimum 12-15 years of experience in B2C Sales and Marketing into Locks or Consumer Electronics or FMCD Industry and handling P&L of 100 crores+. - The Candidate should have an experience mix of 70% Sales and 30% Marketing. A preferred candidate would be someone who started with Sales, then moved to marketing and now currently managing Sales and or marketing. - Proven experience in Sales Planning, Channel sales. - Drives the sales team at different geographic locations, Developing Market share, Designing/Redesigning Sales strategy to increase market share by performing activities- brand activations, promotions, Sales Commission redesigning etc. - Prior experience into the home security solutions will be preferred. - Should be capable enough of Demand Generation in Market. - Should have the capability of managing various formats of B2C Channel. - Strong leadership and team building skills.
