Category Head - Healthcare Loans

The job will require:

- Set up the healthcare loans vertical from scratch

- Define the vision, strategy and execution roadmap for the healthcare loans vertical

- Work with cross functional teams - product, operations, technology, marketing - to define the go to market roadmap

- Create and rollout SOPs for effective scale up of the business across India

- Iterate the product with the market feedback

- Hire, train and lead a team across multiple cities

- Deliver on the aggressive targets and budgets as agreed with the management
