Category Head (Startup) - Hardware/ Bathroom Fittings/ Tiles/ Paints/ Pipes/ Durables

Job Details :

- Position : Category Director

- Reporting To : CBO

- Number of direct reports : 20-30

- Working Days : 5 day a week

- Location : Delhi (Preferred)

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Set up the category by activating key corporates and its buy side supply chain.

- Drive end to end customer origination cycle by building a team of strong RMs and sales personnel.

- Plan and implement long-term development strategies for allotted product categories.

- Responsible for mid-level team hiring which will manage the distribution.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with vendors.

- Adjusting strategies and materials to improve sales with new target markets.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills :

- MBA; preferably from a top tier college.

- 12-15 years experience with large part in distribution.

- In-depth knowledge of distribution and sales operations and processes

- Hands on experience with analysing big data and making forecasts.

- Analytical and critical thinker
