- Masters, MBA degree in Business or Marketing from Premier Institutes
- Expert functional knowledge and application of Insights, Portfolio & Brand Strategy, Innovation, Idea Development, Commercialization and Marketing Effectiveness
- Markets and/or Category experience. Multiple brand experience
- Experience in creating brand portfolio strategies
