Category Head - FMCG

Category Head is a leadership role responsible for leveraging Consumer, Category Insights to identify business growth opportunities that will drive profitable growth for Beauty Category. This role will play an integral role in developing strategic planning and execution initiatives with the customer that elevate influence with the customer.

- Identify and quantify 4P (Product, Placement, Promotion, Price) Category & growth opportunities

- Lead P&L development & validation of growth strategies and executions

- Provide insights to inform and support development of channel/customer specific executions

- Lead Category reviews, and development of assortment & POG executions

- Lead development of analytical acumen and capability of team

- Analyze and evaluate new item performance and promotional effectiveness across category

- Localize National strategies to drive optimal implementation at customer level.
