- Published events calendar and other monetization plans with the marketing team to help build traffic and conversion Responsible for Pricing and Trade schemes of all the brands and ensuring their competitiveness by carrying Market surveys and competitor analysis.

- Managed NPS & return rates for the category 

- Conceptualized overall brand positioning & strategy utilizing consumer information & competition. Visiting various sourcing fairs in China/ Dubai/ Korea and Hong Kong to understand the latest advancements in the International Beauty industry and meet prospective suppliers.

- Managing a competitive product portfolio that meets end-user requirements as well as yields optimum profitability to the company.

- Brand Communication & Activation Devised strategic assortment & promotions for the category in order to increase viewership and time spent on website.

- Initiated digital media alliances between Market place. Ensured timely implementation for onsite banners/ e-mailers/ Facebook ads, / agency & internal marketing team.
