Category Head - Consumer Internet

- For the role of Category Head we require candidates to have proven consumer business acumen and leadership skills. 

- Primary responsibilities will be to manage P&L responsibility and to drive new products development.

- Person will look after 5-6 different categories covering buyer segments, select developer solutions as well as new revenue opportunities.The individual will assist CEO with strategic insights to help in decision making, either in a growth management capacity or by supporting specific work-streams or deliverables.

- The position is extremely critical since the individual is responsible for growing revenue and profits as a core objective

- The role would have 2 product managers, 1 category manager, analytics executives and support staff reporting into it.

- Individuals must have Twelve years of experience post MBA. Out of total experience minimum 5 years must be in Consumer Internet space in Product/Business Role.

The Requisites:

- A strong business and Product acumen .

- Has good years of experience in driving and managing P&L responsibility

- Experience in strategic functional role of managing high-performing teams .

- Spearheaded business strategy for consumer space and managed the delivery of highly scalable, usable and differentiated business plan to drive effective profitability.

- Problem solving experience - Research and analytics + presentation storyboarding experience

- Conceptualize Scalable New Revenue driven Products
