Category Head - B2C Centric Companies - Bangalore

CTC: 20-23 LPA fixed + 15% of Annual Bonus

Notice period: Max 15 days to 1 month

Location: Bangalore (WFH is not available)

Industry: B2C Centric Companies where the major sales force is in Inside Sales

Team Size: 200-500 (Directly/Directly), Must be managing Stakeholders and Managers under him

Roles and Responsibilities

- Responsible for managing PnL accounts, tracking manager/revenue targets.

- Lead, manage and motivate the upsell team of 5-10 Inside Sales Managers and actively participate in the hiring, performance management, developing, mentoring, coaching and motivating the team.

- Provide the team with a vision and objectives; manage key performance indicators.

- Must be a team player with the ability to work with the team as well as independently, prioritize tasks, and meet targets/deadlines.

- Identifying the areas of improvements & KPIs.

Category Head -

- Are dynamic professionals who drive their team to exceed business targets.

- Possess sound knowledge and understanding of consumer behaviour and expert at creating needs.

- Thrive in a fast-paced ambiguous work environment.

- Have excellent communication skills in English and the regional language.

Requirements:

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a product category.

- Graduate/Postgraduate with a minimum of 5+ years of work experience in managing and leading Managers with proven leadership skills

- Go-getter attitude with excellent written and oral communication skills (English proficiency)

- Good knowledge of managing CRM tools, analysing data, and expert in preparing reports.

- Analytical, with a strong focus on critical thinking, problem-solving ability, well organized and adaptable with a flexible approach.

- Proven ability in goal setting, mentoring and influence the team and ability to build a strong team

- Understanding and selling of Govt product experience is an added advantage
