Job Description :

- Content Supervision : Evaluating and assessing the performance of running shows and coordinating with editorial team on the performance and future projections

- Research & Planning : Working on a content pipeline that is grounded in data and insights derived from internal tools and partner teams

Client Details :

Our client is India's leading audio OTT platform, with the largest collection of podcasts and audiobooks across a wide variety of genres and languages. They are series B funded, and backed by marquee investors

Description :

- The candidate would lead a large team of editors, content curators category managers for creating the flagship content for the OTT, under different genres.

- Own the P&L for the category and be responsible for month on month growth in users and engagement

- The candidate would own the category budget and will need to make data backed decisions with respect to budget allocation across different genres.

Profile :

- Strong familiarity with business, digital media, and tech start-up landscape in India.

- Ability to interact meaningfully with people of diverse backgrounds, personalities, and expertise (e.g. Product Engineer in Bangalore and Creative Executive in Mumbai)

- MBA from tier 1 institute with 5 to 7 years of revenue / P&L ownership experience is a must

- Background in category / P&L management in FMCG, Retail, Consumer-Tech or Internet companies
